First things first - the staff are absolutely incredible, & that alone made it felt like a much fancier hotel than we'd paid for. Always smiling, greeting and bowing when we'd enter or leave, getting & holding lifts for us, everything was just amazing and all the great things we'd heard about Japanese hospitality and politeness. Any language difficulties overcome easily with their translation devices. We stayed here as a family of 4 (2A, 12yo, 5yo) for 7 nights, and opted for two rooms over one larger single room with 3 beds and ottoman. We had one Twin Room and one King Room. The rooms were large, one larger than the other with a wider hall, but ample space for all our luggage (alot). The beds were comfortable, among the softest we found during our stay. The room was spotless, made up each day while we were out, new towels every day. The combined price for two rooms was similar to what we'd paid in other cities for slightly larger or even smaller single rooms. Our main focus for the stay was 4 days as the Disney's, and we took the hotel shuttle on most of those 4 days, which ran very frequently during the day, and also used the shuttle to go to the train station for other trips. Yes, it's not as close to the parks as others, but the price was better value for a larger area compared to most close. The shuttle was great, and the days we wanted to get there really early or didn't want to wait for the next one later in the day to come back, we took a $24 taxi ride. Buffet breakfast in the Garden Brasserie & Bar had a good selection of Western and local dishes, & food was nice. You'd need to have a decent feed for it to be amazing value (kids may not get $$$ worth), but it was reasonable still and convenient. The dinners in the same location were also good, with great service. We had a la carte & the food was nice. Room service excellent too. One washer/dryer & vending machine on each floor too.

I stayed here the day I traveled into the area to prepare for my 3-day stay at the Disney hotel across the street. The staff was professional and kind from beginning to end. As soon as I exited my taxi, I was greeted and someone helped me bring my 1 luggage inside to the front desk. I arrived after check in time so I went upstairs to freshen up and headed back out to Ikspiari. I had a cab waiting for me downstairs because I was able to call the front desk and they called a cab for me (¥400 fee). After I was done shopping I wanted to check out their rooftop bar. It was a little chilly up there, so they gave me a blanket, and I ordered some hot wine, which was amazing! After hanging out for about 30 minutes, I went back down to my room and ordered room service. The meals are kind of pricey, but the curry that I ordered was so incredibly tasty and worth it! The room itself was beautiful and I loved the modern decor. The coffee maker is a Nespresso machine with available pods to use and the coffee cups are Noritake! Last, but not least, the bed was so soft. I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. I also loved that I got four pillows to myself😂 All in all, wonderful stay, and would stay again! Wonderful stay in Tokyo Bay. Staff were very nice. Easy to get to and from Disney via hotel shuttle. Wonderful breakfast (and we have had many hotel breakfasts in Japan). If you are so inclined, highly recommend a club room which gives you lounge access and all the amenities that come with it. Easy to get to and from HND airport via airport bus. You can obtain a bus ticket at HND airport and it drops you off at Hyatt Tokyo Bay. When returning to the airport, the airport bus will pick you up at the hotel and you pay on the bus…you don’t need to prepurchase a ticket…the bus ride back to the airport took about 90 minutes, so plan accordingly. We did take a taxi one day to Disney and it was about 2000 yen. Al

I can not thank the property enough for looking after all my group. I stayed here with 16 guests, they went above and beyond to make sure everyone ones rooms were close by, on one level. The property is very clean and the restaurants were good. The only downfall is there are no close by restaurants to walk to so you need to use the shuttle however we stayed here due to the location to Disneyland. My son left his bunnies in the room and the hotel posted them to our final destination, I can not put into words what this meant to him and they charge us very little to action this. Thank you!

The room size, the beds, and bathroom; all are great. We always had a brilliant night's sleep each night. The nearest convenient store Lawson is only a 2 min walk away at the hotel next door, which we get our dinners from for 2 nights when we didn't feel like any food at Disney anymore. Shuttle service is very punctual. If you do not mind catching shuttles to and from Disney and your hotel every day, I highly recommend this place. The later shuttles that depart the hotel after 9:30am is not that full and we could sit throughout the 20-30 minute ride if we get in line.
